This feedback is used to refine and enhance our CSR strategies, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness. In addition, our approach includes a communication mechanism that engages stakeholders through various channels to share success stories, challenges, and lessons learned. We have carried out impact assessment studies in all our operating locations to evaluate the potential positive or negative effects of our activities. We thoroughly consider all crucial environmental and social factors that affect the local communities and engage in consultation programs with diverse local community committees. We take pride in stating that there have been no recorded violations of the rights of indigenous people at our operational sites. To ensure that the concerns of the local communities are heard and addressed, we have also implemented a community grievance mechanism. We are continuously endeavoring to devise and execute additional measures aimed at enhancing the well-being of indigenous communities. While we acknowledge that there is still much work to be done to achieve a substantial transformation in the lives of these marginalized groups, Arise IIP remains committed to this cause.
