This committee operates under the oversight of the ARISE Group CEO, reporting periodically to uphold accountability and alignment with stakeholders. Integration of policy commitments into organizational strategies, operational policies, and procedures is a cornerstone of our approach. Through comprehensive training programs and awareness campaigns, we ensure that employees at all levels comprehend the implications of these commitments. In implementing these commitments with and through business relationships, we incorporate them into contractual agreements with partners. These agreements outline expectations and requirements, emphasizing compliance with the established commitments. Our Supplier Code of Conduct serves as a framework guiding the behavior and expectations of our business partners. Training, as mentioned earlier, plays a pivotal role in implementing these commitments. The organization is proactive in providing ongoing education and resources, ensuring that every member of the team is well-versed in the policy commitments. This not only strengthens our internal culture but also positions us to uphold responsible business conduct consistently across our various activities and business relationships.
