Department leaders are actively involved in resolving grievances and implementing necessary measures, promoting collaboration and crossfunctionality. We actively engage with stakeholders through ongoing monitoring and communication led by our ESG team. Our Grievance Mechanism covers eligibility criteria, examples of grievances, filing procedures, resolution steps, investigation processes, response types, and a comparison with third-party mediation or litigation. We conduct regular assessments, such as bi-annual Steering Committee meetings, to gather input from stakeholders and ensure continuous improvement. Any changes made to the Grievance Mechanism based on feedback are shared with all relevant parties, demonstrating our commitment to transparency and responsiveness.
