Currently, about 40% of the wood waste produced by the timber industries, which amounts to approximately 350 metric tons per day, has no practical use. However, it is feasible to use the particle board manufacturing process to consume all the generated wood waste. This presents an opportunity to further utilize and convert the remaining waste into particle board. Monthly Wood Consumption at GSEZ 90,000 cubic meter 350 m3/day particle board production capacity Direct Jobs Generation 100 (unskilled, semiskilled and skilled) Wood Waste Generation 40500m³/month in GSEZ Raw Material Input Capacity of Plant 550 MT/Day 32,000 tCO2e Emission reduction estimated from circularity initiatives at the particle board factory annually over the lifetime of the project.
