We strongly believe that our female employees are an integral part of our organization, and it is our duty to ensure they have the most comfortable working environment possible. Our maternity leave policy ensures new mothers have time to care for their newborns and prepare for their return to work. We also extend breastfeeding hours to support women who choose to continue breastfeeding while working. As an employer, we are dedicated to supporting our female employees in their breastfeeding journey by extending the breastfeeding period beyond what is legally mandated. The Menstrual Leave Policy aims to offer employees experiencing menstruation symptoms with the chance to have a restful work environment and prioritize self-care. In the event that employees are unable to perform out their work duties due to menstruation and its associated symptoms, they are entitled to a maximum of 12 paid days per calendar year. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion As a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, we strive to uphold gender equality within our organization. An essential indicator of an inclusive and valued workspace is having fair pay compensation for all its employees. At Arise we embody this spirit and believe in fair compensation for its workforce. 42% of our total workforce currently, comprises females and we are working towards boosting female participation through various programs. Our approach to Fair Employment is aligned with our core purpose of growing Responsibly and is in full compliance with the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and United Nations Global Compact’s (UNGC) guiding principles on human rights and labor.
