It is conducted in partnership with ISB (Indian School of Business) Hyderabad. The program was conducted for 4 Cohorts - one in French and three in English, with a blended learning approach comprising 60% asynchronous elements and 40% live virtual sessions led by faculty. The modules covered in this training include Self-Leadership, managing stakeholders, people leadership, influencing and persuasion, and communication. The primary goal of this training program is to instill managerial skills in our Band E and F employees, ensuring that the organization is always led by individuals who are responsible, diligent, and capable of making decisions that benefit everyone involved.
