88 Fostering Sustainable Ecosystems About the Report Leadership Messages About the Theme Corporate Overview Stakeholder Engagement and Materiality Assessment Our ESG priorities and Performance The GOLD program is a 3 month program tailored for Band D employees (GM & Sr. GM) with virtual learning classrooms. It is structured into three modules: Leading with Self, Leading People with Impact, and Leading through Collaboration and Navigation. The program includes two group coaching sessions, as well as one session on cultural intelligence and adaptability. The felicitation ceremony for the 21 participants was held in Togo, accompanied by a live action-based learning project anchored by the cluster heads. Additionally, we are planning to introduce two sessions on organizational culture to enhance understanding and awareness of cultural diversity within the company. The learning partners for this program are CCL (Center for Creative Leadership) and Llama, both globally acclaimed providers of leadership development solutions. The Compliance training is compulsory for all Arise IIP employees and covers our values and company policies. There are seven key modules in this training designed for new employees before they officially join the organization. These modules include Preventing Discrimination & Harassment, Anti-Bribery and AntiCorruption, Introduction to Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG Investing, Workplace Health and Safety, Anti-Money Laundering, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing Policy. Thomson Reuters is the learning partner for this program, offering training in both English and French languages. We also initiated a compliance recap week campaign under this program, highlights from the campaign included: Whistleblowing panel discussion with all ECC members Poster-making contest on Preventing Discrimination and Harassment. A gist of all the company policies was given through teasers. COI (Conflicts of Interest) declaration from all the employees. Classroom sessions for Band F ( junior management) organized by respective HRBPs. AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Quest We have also developed eight modules in collaboration with LRN Corporation titled as “Building a Positive and Winning Organizational Culture” which will be active from CY24 onwards. This module focuses on creating and sustaining a positive work culture, exploring key elements that enhance employee well-being and boost organizational performance. We believe in integrating sustainability into every aspect of our organization, which is why we organized an ESG Connect webinar for our workforce. The purpose of this webinar was to raise awareness and educate our staff on how each individual can contribute to a greener and more equitable future.
