The courses offered cover a wide range of topics, including MS Excel, project management, interpersonal communication, artificial intelligence for business, supply chain management, leadership and many more. These self-paced courses act as a valuable resource for our employees, allowing them to learn and refer to the material whenever needed. In our organization, we conduct various other such webinars covering a diverse range of topics, including ESG Reporting, SDG Monetization, the impact of infrastructure on biodiversity, and opportunities for gender mainstreaming sensitization. By exploring these wide arrays of topics, attendees gain valuable knowledge and insights that can contribute to creating a more sustainable and equitable world. To promote a healthy lifestyle and overall well-being among our employees, we organized a Health Month challenge. The challenge encouraged employees to prioritize their heart health by participating in a walking activity. A total of 646 employees took part in the challenge, with 107 champions completing 3,10,000 steps and covering a distance of 260 kilometers. Our Benin location had the highest number of participants and winners. Additionally, we offered reimbursements of up to Euro 186 for the purchase of health and fitness-related goods. The Manager Drumbeat Concept (MDB) is a managerial routine designed to enhance engagement by promoting four essential behaviors: Accountability, Respect, Recognition, and Oneness.
