Our workplace policy on Preventing, Prohibiting, and Addressing Sexual Harassment at the Workplace aims to create a secure and nurturing atmosphere for our employees and workers. We are dedicated to cultivating a safe work environment that would allow our employees and workers to flourish without the burden of harassment. We monitor human rights such as forced labor, child labor, and modern slavery. In CY 2023, there were no such cases reported for Benin, Togo, and Chad location. We have assigned staff representatives at the operational sites in Gabon to ensure the practice of protection of freedom of association and collective bargaining rights. Moreover, we organize workshops on freedom of association awareness at our SEZ in Togo to ensure that workers are well-informed and conscientious about their rights. We have a company-wide Grievance Redressal Mechanism in place to address formal complaints from individual employees. Employees are encouraged to report any grievances or complaints as per the policy, without fear of retaliation. Employees have the option to inform employee representatives about any grievances they may have. We acknowledge all underlying issues pertinent to human rights and provide very stringent recourse to the grievant.
