We take a proactive approach to health and safety risk management. To do so, our SEZs conduct regular Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment. We conduct a comprehensive baseline worksite survey for safety and health and periodic comprehensive update surveys which involve workers in this effort. Based on the assessment, we have developed risk registers and assigned hierarchal controls for risk management. Monitoring Health and Safety at Arise IIP Our comprehensive risk assessment exercise is conducted as per the below-mentioned steps: Identify improvement opportunity Identify and verify the root cause(s) Plan and implement actions that correct the root cause(s) Confirm the actions taken fit to achieve the target Risk assessment conducted for new and existing operations, inspection & audit. Contractor management including onboarding inspection. Health and Safety training provided during orientation, induction, duty of care. We take cognizance of the role played by our on-ground workers in upholding our zerofatality and zero-injury commitment. We offer a reliable system that allows workers to report potentially hazardous conditions to management, ensuring that they receive prompt and appropriate intervention. This system encourages workers to utilize their knowledge and experience in safety and health protection without any fear of retaliation. It also enables contracting agencies and supervisors to address concerns raised by workers. 100% of our contractual workforce is covered by our health and safety management system.
