Empowering Youth for Climate Action: PIA supports the Third Edition of Climate Youth Camp Africa In August 2024, PIA proudly supported the third edition of the Camp Climat Jeunes Afrique (CCJA), an initiative organized by Volontaires International pour la Vie Associative et Sociale – les Fermiers du Monde (VIVAS-FM). This year’s camp, held from 12 to 19 August in the communes of Vo 3 and Kozah 1, focused on two critical themes: climate adaptation and social inclusion. 100 young participants engaged in a variety of environmental and educational activities aimed at fostering sustainability and promoting communitydriven climate action. Three pillars of CSR activities at Arise: 1. Tree planting initiatives to support reforestation efforts 2. Green jogging events to raise awareness of environmental sustainability and promote healthy living 3. Cleanup campaigns to keep urban spaces clean, safe, and healthy Highlights of the camp included:
