During CY 2024, we deepened our commitment to business ethics, recognizing our strategic emphasis on ethical practices has enabled us to mitigate risks such as reputational damage, customer and investor attrition, employee turnover, legal complications, and potential financial penalties. By consistently prioritizing ethical conduct, we have reinforced the long-term sustainability of our operations. Transparency and robust ethical standards are central to our approach. We view these values as the foundation for stability, sustainability, and growth, creating an environment where trust and empathy guide all business engagements. Our enhanced framework not only promotes integrity and transparency but also cultivates a culture that values ethical interactions in all aspects of our daily operations. To reinforce our commitment, we expanded our training initiatives to ensure that all employees are well-versed in anticorruption measures. Conflicts of Interest Over the past calendar year, we reinforced our ethical governance practices by strengthening measures to prevent and manage conflicts of interest at all organizational levels. Our Board of Directors continues to uphold a robust Conflict of Interest policy, requiring timely disclosure of financial interests and affiliations. Board members are required to recuse themselves from decisions where impartiality could be compromised, and these recusals are now consistently documented in meeting minutes, enhancing transparency and accountability. Across the organization, all employees remain contractually bound by loyalty obligations, and proactive steps taken to identify and mitigate potential conflicts. We maintain open disclosure practices with stakeholders, including detailed reporting on cross-board memberships and related party relationships, reflecting our ongoing dedication to integrity, trust, and responsible governance.
