Certifications and partnerships that enable sustainable production Currently, our agricultural value chains— especially in Benin and Togo—follow a linear “Made in Africa” model. Crops originate at the farmer level, then move to collection centers, and are subsequently transported to our processing facilities within SEZs before reaching their final destinations. To improve farmer profitability and build greater transparency and traceability, we are working towards a new model that replaces collection centers with village cooperatives and sends produce directly for processing.
