81 Sustainability Report 2024 Fostering An Inclusive Workplace Fostering Action on Climate Change Fostering Responsible Supply Chain GRI Content Index The ELP training is a 12-week program designed for Band E (middle management) and selected employees from Band F ( junior management). It is conducted in partnership with ISB (Indian School of Business) Hyderabad and Lagos Business school (Nigeria). The program was conducted for 6 Cohorts - two in French and four in English, with a blended learning approach comprising 60% asynchronous elements and 40% live virtual sessions led by faculty. The modules covered in this training include self-leadership, managing stakeholders, people leadership, influencing and persuasion, and communication. The primary goal of this training program is to instill managerial skills in our Band E and F employees, ensuring that the organization is always led by individuals who are responsible, diligent, and capable of making decisions that benefit everyone involved. The GOLD program is a 3-month program tailored for Band D employees (GM & Sr. GM) with blended learning. It is structured into four modules: Leading with Self, Leading People with Impact, Leading through Collaboration and Navigation and organizational culture. The program includes two group coaching sessions, as well as one session on cultural intelligence and adaptability. The felicitation ceremony for the 24 participants was held in Benin, accompanied by a live action-based learning project anchored by the cluster heads. The learning partners for this program are CCL (Center for Creative Leadership) and Llama, both globally acclaimed providers of leadership development solutions. The Compliance training is compulsory for all our employees at Arise IIP and covers our values and company policies. There are seven key modules in this training designed for new employees before they officially join the organization. These modules include Preventing Discrimination & Harassment, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Introduction to Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG Investing, Workplace Health and Safety, Anti-Money Laundering, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing Policy. LRN is the learning partner for this program, offering training in both English and French languages. Additionally, we have introduced a new mandatory module titled “Building a positive and winning work culture” to enhance understanding and awareness of cultural diversity within our organization. Towards our commitment to ensure skill development and enhancement for all our employees, we conducted the following trainings for our workforce in the reporting period, totalling 38,000+ of training man-hours
