We strive to improve the overall wellbeing of our employees beyond their careers. We aim to foster a work-life balance for all our employees which is why we have leave policies, parental leave benefits, and internal leave policies (such as the Menstrual Leave Policy for women) in place. In our commitment to develop a diverse, inclusive and participative workforce for all, we at Arise IIP conducted a host of initiatives focused on employee health and wellbeing. In addition to the trainings and welfare programs provided to employees and workers, we focused on innovative programs to boost employee morale, develop an inclusive workplace and create a culture of wellness. In April 2024, Arise IIP teams across all operational and development sites came together to mark Global Safety Day and World Malaria Day, reinforcing our global commitment to health and safety through active participation and shared learning. Employees engaged in a series of interactive workshops and awareness sessions, where they explored the six critical safety strategies and deepened their understanding of road safety practices. These sessions weren’t just informative—they were energizing, encouraging teammembers to reflect on their roles in creating a safer workplace. Simultaneously, our teams also took part in malaria prevention awareness activities, ensuring that health and wellbeing remain a top priority across every corner of our operational footprint.
