91 Sustainability Report 2024 Fostering An Inclusive Workplace Fostering Action on Climate Change Fostering Responsible Supply Chain GRI Content Index Since at Arise IIP, we have operations across forestry, manufacturing and construction, the complexities of health and safety in such ecosystems have compelled us to develop and roll out critical 06 strategy for risk mitigation. Towards this, we introduced our Critical-6 Strategy in CY2023, to ensure maximum coverage of our health and safety management systems across all jobs being conducted within and beyond our premises. The strategy includes safety procedures when carrying out 06 types of work critical to our business including transportation, working at height, contractor management, management of stored energy, construction, and conducting forest operations. We have built upon our health and safety strategy to further our Critical-06 goals, and ensure holistic occupational health and safety for all our workforce.
