Health and Safety Performance Our performance monitoring in the reporting period revealed a proper baseline for us to create action roadmaps for our health and safety incidents, aligned with our Critical-06 strategy. Towards this the following performance was achieved across health and safety indicators (in numbers): Further bolstering our commitment, we calculated the exposed man-hours for both our employees and contractors during this reporting period. Since manhours are cornerstones of HSE measurement, we took actions to begin monitoring exposure of working hours against the LTIs for all employees and workers across regions. As a result of our efforts, we recorded the total exposed manhours (21,724,670) against 53 Lost Time Injuries. In the reporting period, Arise IIP recorded an LTIFR of less than 1 i.e., 0.49. Unfortunately recorded four fatalities in operations across 10 countries where two were from forest operations and another two were from road traffic incidents.
