These are provided at the time of joining in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, incorporated in induction training, and during their employment. For contractors as well, trainings are provided at the time of onboarding and throughout the lifecycle of our partnerships. Training plays a vital role in ensuring workplace health and safety. To maximize its effectiveness, we have integrated training into regular job practices, education, and performance requirements. Our health and safety training programs are carefully designed based on thorough analysis of work sites, identifying both actual and potential hazards. 100% of our employees and workers received a wide range of Health and Safety Trainings, on a variety of subjects such as site operations safety, first aid, fire safety, incident investigations, certification of Emergency Response Teams and workshop operators.
